Refund policy

Ändern Motorsport sells made-to-order forged wheel products that are produced according to the vehicle and configuration information provided for each order. Because these products are made or configured for a specific order, the return and cancellation conditions below apply.
Made-to-Order Products
Forged wheel sets sold by Ändern Motorsport are made to order using the vehicle and wheel specifications confirmed for the order.
Because production is completed for an individual order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has begun.
This does not affect the process for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@andern.us with your order number.
A cancellation request is considered accepted only after Ändern Motorsport confirms the cancellation in writing.
Orders cancelled before production begins receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled due to a change of mind.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives:
- damaged;
- with a manufacturing defect;
- with an incorrect product;
- materially different from the specifications confirmed for your order; or
- not fitting the vehicle described in your order because of an error in the specification confirmed by Ändern Motorsport,
please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email support@andern.us and include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
- clear photographs of the product;
- photographs of the packaging where shipping damage is involved; and
- any other information reasonably required to assess the issue.
Do not install or continue using a wheel if it appears damaged, defective, or unsuitable for installation.
Vehicle and Fitment Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle details and disclosing any modifications that may affect fitment.
After ordering, you will book a complimentary 15-minute fitment consultation. Ändern Motorsport will recommend and confirm the wheel specification for your vehicle, including width, bolt pattern, offset and center bore.
Production begins only after you approve the confirmed specification in writing.
A product is generally not eligible for a return or refund where the issue results from inaccurate or incomplete vehicle details supplied by the customer, an undisclosed vehicle modification, incorrect installation, or use of incompatible hardware.

Pre-Installation Inspection
Wheels should be inspected and test-fitted before tires are mounted or the vehicle is driven.
Customers or installers should confirm the relevant fitment details, including bolt pattern, center bore, hub seating, brake clearance, suspension clearance, body clearance and fastener compatibility.
Products that have been damaged through installation, use, modification or incorrect handling may not qualify for a return.
Return Authorization
Do not send a product back without first contacting Ändern Motorsport.
If a return is approved, we will provide:
- return authorization;
- the return address or shipping instructions; and
- any other information required to complete the return.
Approved returns are handled by mail.
Return Shipping Costs
For an approved return involving a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, Ändern Motorsport will cover the return shipping cost and provide the applicable return instructions.
Unauthorized returns or costs incurred without prior approval may not be reimbursed.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns covered by this policy.
Refunds
Once an approved returned product is received, we will inspect it and confirm the outcome of the return.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process an approved refund within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Your bank, credit-card provider, or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer standard change-of-mind exchanges for made-to-order wheel products.
Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
We will confirm the applicable resolution after reviewing the issue.
Warranty Claims
Issues that arise outside the return period may still be considered under the applicable Warranty Policy.
Our forged wheel products are subject to the warranty terms published separately on our website.
A warranty claim is different from a standard return and will be assessed according to the Warranty Policy.
Non-Returnable Situations
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, returns generally will not be accepted for:
- change of mind after production has begun;
- incorrect vehicle information supplied by the customer;
- undisclosed vehicle modifications affecting fitment;
- damage caused by incorrect installation;
- damage caused by incompatible hardware;
- damage caused by misuse, impact, accidents or road hazards;
- products that have been modified after delivery; or
- products returned without prior authorization.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
