Products and Fitment

What does Ändern Motorsport sell?

Ändern Motorsport sells made-to-order aftermarket forged wheel products for the vehicle applications listed in the store. Available designs, diameters, widths, finishes and other specifications vary by product and vehicle details.

Are these OEM wheels?

No. Ändern Motorsport is an independent retailer of aftermarket wheel products. Vehicle manufacturer and model names are used to identify vehicle applications. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are not represented as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wheels or as being endorsed, approved or manufactured by a vehicle manufacturer.

How is fitment handled?

You provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year and variant) and disclose any brake, suspension, spacer, hub, body or other modifications that may affect fitment. After ordering, you book a complimentary 15-minute fitment consultation, where Ändern Motorsport recommends and confirms the wheel specification for your vehicle, including width, bolt pattern, offset and center bore.

Production begins only after you approve the confirmed specification in writing. Wheels should still be inspected and test-fitted before tires are mounted or the vehicle is driven.

What vehicle modifications should I disclose?

Please provide details of any brake, suspension, spacer, hub, body or other modifications that may affect wheel fitment or clearance.

What should be checked before installation?

Before tires are mounted or the vehicle is driven, the installer should confirm the bolt pattern, center bore, hub seating, offset, brake clearance, suspension clearance, body clearance and fastener compatibility for the confirmed configuration.

Orders

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@andern.us. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted before production begins. Orders cancelled before production begins receive a full refund to the original payment method. Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available.

A cancellation is considered accepted only after Ändern Motorsport confirms it in writing. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete cancellation terms.

What happens after I place an order?

An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout. You will also receive a link to book your complimentary 15-minute fitment consultation. Production begins once you approve the confirmed wheel specification.

Payments

What currency is used?

Prices and payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods currently available for an order are shown during checkout.

Shipping

Where do you currently ship?

Orders are currently accepted for delivery within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.

How much is standard shipping?

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free.

What is the processing and production time?

The estimated processing and production time is 23–25 business days, Monday through Friday.

The processing period begins after you approve the confirmed wheel specification. Incomplete, inaccurate or delayed vehicle information may delay production.

What is the transit time after dispatch?

After production is completed and the order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 10–20 business days, Monday through Friday.

What is the estimated total delivery time?

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 33–45 business days (about 7–9 weeks) from your specification approval, consisting of 23–25 business days for processing/production and 10–20 business days for transit.

These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Which shipping carrier is used?

Ändern Motorsport currently ships orders within the contiguous United States using FedEx, UPS and USPS.

When will I receive tracking information?

Tracking information will be provided by email after the order has been completed and dispatched, when tracking becomes available from the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a made-to-order wheel because I changed my mind?

Because our forged wheel products are made to order for an individual order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed specifications?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@andern.us. Include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the product, and photographs of the packaging where shipping damage is involved.

This includes a wheel that does not fit the vehicle described in your order because of an error in the specification confirmed by Ändern Motorsport.

Do not install or continue using a wheel if it appears damaged, defective or unsuitable for installation.

Who pays return shipping for an approved seller-fault return?

For an approved return involving a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, Ändern Motorsport covers the return shipping cost and provides the applicable return instructions.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No restocking fee is charged for approved returns covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

When is a refund processed?

After an approved returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. We aim to process the refund within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Are exchanges available?

We do not offer standard change-of-mind exchanges for made-to-order wheel products. Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order, the appropriate resolution may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.

Warranty

Do forged wheel sets include a warranty?

Ändern Motorsport provides a 3-year structural warranty on forged wheel sets sold through andernmotorsport.com, subject to the terms of our published Warranty Policy.

What does the structural warranty cover?

The warranty applies to a structural defect that, after review, is determined to be attributable to the wheel's material or manufacture under normal intended road use. Exclusions and claim requirements are explained in the Warranty Policy.
