Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & The Technical Sign-Off
Because our wheels are bespoke and engineered for your specific vehicle, the "Processing Time" includes a critical engineering phase:

Design & Engineering: After you place your order, you will be invited to a complimentary 15-minute consultation to confirm fitment and finish.

Production Queue: Once you give the "Final Approval" during this call, your order is locked. Production (forging, CNC machining, and heat treatment) typically begins within 2–3 business days of this sign-off.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We prioritize structural integrity and finish perfection over speed. Total delivery time (Production + Transit) is estimated as follows:

6061-T6 Forged Aluminum: 5–7 weeks.

Magnesium Series: 7–9 weeks (due to specialized cooling and finishing requirements).

Accessories & Hardware: 1–2 weeks if ordered separately.
3. International Shipping & Global Reach
We provide fully insured, premium freight to the following regions:

Americas: United States, Canada, and South America.

Europe: UK, EU, and EFTA countries.

Middle East: All GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, etc.).

Asia: South East Asia and East Asia hubs.
4. Customs, Duties & Tariffs (2026 Compliance)
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).

The "Importer of Record": You, the customer, are responsible for all local import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees.

2026 Tariff Landscape: Due to the 2025/2026 shifts in international trade, aluminum and magnesium imports may be subject to varying tariff rates.

Proactive Support: To avoid surprises, we provide the specific HS Code for your order during the post-purchase consultation so you can calculate exact costs with your local authorities before we begin production.
5. Tracking & Delivery

Real-Time Visibility: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your wheels pass their final quality control inspection and depart our facility.

Signature Required: Due to the high value of our products, all wheel shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
6. Damage in Transit
While we use heavy-duty, reinforced packaging, accidents can happen.

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your crates/boxes before signing the carrier's release.

Reporting: If damage is visible, note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and contact us at support@andern.us within 48 hours with high-resolution photos. We will expedite a replacement for any component damaged during transit.
