Refund policy

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of forged and magnesium wheels, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after the post-purchase consultation but before shipping may be subject to a restocking/material fee.

Damaged/Defective Goods: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can initiate a claim and replacement.
